OET (OCCUPATIONAL ENGLISH TEST)
OET is an English language test that has been designed for health-care professionals. So if you are a health-care professional aspiring to work or study in the health-care sector in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and even Dubai, Singapore or Namibia-then OET is probably an ideal test of English that you could take to prove your proficiency in the language.
Hence by taking this test, you will be able to prove that you have the right level of English to work in these countries in your specific profession. An added advantage is that while training for this test, you will also be able to improve your language skills needed in your work-place.

The OET has been specifically designed for 12 health-care professions: Dentistry, Dietetics, Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Pharmacy, Speech Pathology, Radiography and Veterinary Science.

THE OET FORMAT: The OET tests a candidate’s proficiency in English by testing his/her language skills in 4 modules: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
The OET course provided at TTA is based on the pedagogy of RECR&R (Repeated Error Correction and Rectification), which we believe is an ideal way to address a candidate’s approach and make it more effective and fruitful when it comes to the actual test. We administer regular mock tests to keep track of a candidate’s performance and also give timely feed-back to maximise a candidate’s performance. Confidence boosting speaking sessions are something we ensure for every candidate and we pride ourselves on the fact that we are aptly able to give individual attention to each candidate as they progress through mainly 3 stages of our training- The Advanced, Intermediate and the Beginner’s batch.
